The body automatically starts to burn fat instead of just calories brought about by food. Due to the fact that so little calories are consumed, rapid weight loss is the result. Individuals have also stated that they've achieved more than just the pounds coming off, but they have also changed the way that they look at food, and the way that they look at themselves.
