Over the past five years I have found out that body wrapping at home can be equally as beneficial as spa wraps if you have any of the following goals:

I will be the first to disclose that there is a bit of a learning curve in terms of executing at home body wraps. Five years ago I wasn't totally certain what I was doing, so it was an interesting adventure to put it mildly!

I learned a great deal of things while performing experiments over the years. Here are just a few of the most imperative things that I've learned by way of personal experience:

4. Workout & Eat Well - as a way to get the most out of your home wraps, a healthy lifestyle is a necessity. Your body needs to be working efficiently from the inside, and your circulatory system should be in fine fettle. Eating a decent diet, exercising consistently and performing two weekly slimming wraps is a fantastic combination that will help you lose weight and feel great. Drinks lots of water too.

5. Be Committed - Like majority of things in life, for you to acquire results you need to be consistent. Even if you are satisfied with the results you bring about after your first home wrap, don't stop there! You can amplify your results by conducting at least one or two wraps weekly.
